Team Kelsea’s Alanna Lynise and Brook Wood turned The Voice stage into a spectacle with their rendition of Miley Cyrus’ “Angels Like You.”
The two singers, who had formed a genuine bond, delivered a heartfelt performance that showcased their unique strengths, making for one of the most riveting battles of the season.
Brook Wood is a force to be reckoned with. Listen to “Wonder What You Miss” now and tune into NBC tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET for proof of such.
When it came time for her to audition for Season 27 of The Voice, Brook Wood left everything on the stage with a cover of Jelly Roll‘s “Save Me.” 33-year-old Wood was one of the last contestants to audition, meaning the coaches needed to be incredibly selective with who they chose for their teams.
Brook Wood may sound like a quintessential country diva, yet her journey out of Indianapolis brought her to Queens.
Wood performed "Save Me" by Jelly Roll on the show, getting judges John Legend and Kelsea Ballerini to turn around and vie to get her on their team.
